As a child I was a huge D&D fan. My brother and I had all the manuals, played on car trips, etc. I was even the Dungeon Master for a D&D club in Junior High School. For many geeks, Gary will be missed.

One of the reasons we bought the PS3 when we did, was because most people couldn't get one at the time :P
Seriously though, on of the selling points for us was that it was a Blue-Ray player priced 300.00 lower then the then lowest priced Blue-Ray Player. We were gambling that we weren't buying the Betamax version of the new HD format.
Well, Blockbuster has announced that it will rent Blue Ray Disks exclusively and no longer carry HD DVD. This is a huge win for Blue-Ray.
